These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ChoiceStock US ("the Company") and its users ("Members") regarding the use of services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to all AI-based stock analysis, trading signal, and stock recommendation services provided by the Company.
2. "Member" refers to any individual who has agreed to these Terms and registered for the Service.
3. "Paid Service" refers to premium features that require a subscription fee.

Article 3 (Service Description)

The Company provides the following services:
1. AI-powered stock trading signals (Buy/Sell/Hold/Watch)
2. AI stock recommendations with target prices
3. Smart Score analysis based on 22 factors
4. Market news and analysis
5. Stock screening and discovery tools

Article 4 (Refund Policy)

1. Subscription Plans: For subscriptions exceeding one month, refund amounts vary based on days elapsed.
• Within 7 days of payment: Refund of payment minus prorated daily usage.
• After 7 days: Refund of payment minus prorated daily usage and 10% cancellation fee.

2. Monthly Plans: Same refund structure as subscription plans.

3. Annual Plans:
• Within 3 days: Full refund.
• Within 90 days: 70% of remaining unused period.
• After 90 days: 30% of remaining unused period.
